GCN Trainings: 2024-25
Effective July 1, 2024, Public Act 103-0542 establishes a five-year training cycle for some mandated training components required by the Illinois School Code, and its application begins with the 2024-2025 school year. This is a change from prior year training requirements, which consisted of alternating tutorial years and due dates that were spread throughout the year.
To maximize compliance and increase efficiency in delivery, we have combined and consolidated some of the mandated training. What this means is that you will be required to complete one module in GCN, Trauma Informed Practices, by 08/21/24 and much of the remaining mandated training is available through the below 2024-2025 Mandated Training packet and must be completed by 09/16/24.

- Log into the SSO.
- Complete the GCN tutorial assigned to you by 08/21/24.
- Read the 2024-2025 Mandated Training packet and acknowledge your completion by 09/16/24.

- Click the “Login to View Training” button
- You are considered an Existing User and will be prompted to enter the Organization ID (25795) and your 6-digit employee ID number. If necessary, lead with 0s.
