GCN Trainings: 2025-26
GCN Module:
You are required to complete the Trauma Informed Practices module in GCN by August 19, 2025 (prior to student attendance).
Mandated Training Packet:
The remaining required trainings are included in the 2025-2026 Mandated Training Packet (instructions below).
The packet and acknowledgement must be completed by September 15, 2025.
Please follow these easy steps to remain in compliance:
1. Login to the SSO, select GCN application.
2. Complete any GCN tutorials assigned to you by 08/19/25.
3. Next, from the SSO, click on the Skyward application.
4. Click on the Home Screen or make sure you are under your employee access profile.
5. Select the “Mandated Training 2025-2026” tile.
6. Follow the instructions provided and complete online form by 9/15/25.

Here are some Mandated Packet/ Skyward Tips:
- If the mandated training text on your screen appears too small, use your browser’s zoom function to enlarge it for better readability.
- If you try to download the packet and it does not populate as a separate window or additional tab, please exit the online form and start again. The packet should open as a separate tab, leaving the online form in Skyward open.
- We recommend allowing the PDF packet a minute to fully load so all pages are visible. For the best experience, view the packet on a laptop or Chromebook, though it is also accessible on mobile devices.
- You are only able to submit one submission in the mandated training acknowledgement, but you can reopen the acknowledgement at any time.
- Please take your time to read the packet thoroughly. You will also download the packet to your device so you can reference it throughout the school year.
- Access the training at: www.gcntraining.com or via SSO tile.
- Click the “Login to View Training” button.
- You are considered an Existing User and will be prompted to enter the Organization ID (25795) and your 6-digit employee ID number. Lead with 0’s.
